Eastern England, United Kingdom Re:work Full time

Re:work is partnering with TravelPerk, a hyper-growth SaaS platform offering companies a one-stop-shop for booking, managing and reporting business travel.

Their aim is to revolutionise the $1.3 trillion business travel market by combining an unrivalled choice of travel options with a powerful booking and management platform and access to 24/7 customer support they’ve become the leading all-in-one travel management solution.

Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Barcelona, they’ve grown to over 1200 people in 9 offices across Europe and North America. In 2022 they became a ‘unicorn’ and in 2024 they raised $104 million in additional investment, with a total valuation of $1.4 billion.

The Role

At TravelPerk, their people-first values are the foundation of everything they do. They believe that empowered teams are the key to their success—and their Engineering and Product teams are the engine behind their innovation. That’s where you come in.

They’re looking for a Learning & Development Partner to lead manager development. This exciting opportunity requires relocation to Barcelona, where you’ll be at the heart of TravelPerk’s vibrant headquarters.

In this newly created role, you’ll design innovative learning initiatives that have a lasting leadership impact across the company. You'll adopt a "people-as-a-product" approach, where learning experiences are built, tested, and refined like their products.

From in-person practice labs, roundtables to virtual workshops, your goal will be to create transformative leadership programs that blend human-centred design with real-world application. If you’re excited about owning initiatives, building a strong manager community, and driving high-impact leadership development, we’d love to meet you

Your main focus

  • Manager Development: Design and deliver innovative programs—workshops, practice labs and initiatives that enhance leadership skills.
  • Strategic Partnership: Act as a key thought partner to senior leaders, ensuring learning initiatives align with company goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with business leaders to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Take Charge: Lead projects from concept to delivery, proposing creative solutions and maintaining attention to detail at every stage.
  • Innovate & Iterate: Continuously improve internal learning content, ensuring it’s practical and impactful.
  • Cross-functional Leadership Development: Build leadership skills that resonate across teams—focusing on human-centric growth rather than function-specific expertise.
  • Be Bold: Ruthlessly prioritise high-impact initiatives, experiment with fresh ideas, and refine what works.
  • Manager Community: Foster spaces where managers can step back from day-to-day tasks to engage in meaningful growth and reflection.
  • Travel: Facilitate both in-person and virtual workshops, with travel to our hubs in the UK, US, and beyond.

Who you are?

  • You’re passionate about manager development, with experience in designing and delivering high-impact learning experiences in a fast-paced, tech-driven scale-up environment.
  • You thrive on autonomy and love taking ownership of your work.
  • A natural relationship-builder, you can connect with everyone—from junior managers to senior executives.
  • You’re both strategic and practical, with the ability to create proposals that offer clear, actionable recommendations.
  • You’re ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the details—from planning through to execution and communication.
  • You have a first-principles mindset, always questioning and experimenting to find innovative learning solutions.
  • You’re a skilled facilitator, confident in both online and in-person settings, delivering engaging and impactful sessions.
  • You prioritise leadership growth over process-heavy training, focusing on skills that make a real difference across teams.
  • You’re excited to support broader L&D initiatives, while keeping your focus firmly on manager enablement.

We are looking for someone who can bring TravelPerk’s vision for manager development to life, creating transformative leadership experiences that empower their teams and drive their company’s success. If you’re ready to take on this exciting challenge and make your mark at TravelPerk, we’d love to hear from you
