The Role:

To support their growing business requirements across EMEA, they are looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer (essentially a “Junior Recruiter”) to join the team and contribute to the direct sourcing capability of the international Talent team.


Job requirements:

  1. Talent Mapping/research/market intelligence and insights
  2. Direct sourcing – strategies and engagement (headhunting, ad response/managing)
  3. CV and phone/video screening candidates
  4. Contribute to team projects/metrics/reports


The ideal candidate:

  1. Experienced Sourcer in a fast-paced FinTech/Financial Services or Tech scale-up.
  2. Proven experience headhunting and engaging passive candidates is a must.
  3. Passionate about Talent Acquisition and driven to deliver.
  4. Working under pressure in a truly international company, understanding their stakeholders and colleagues who work in a matrixed structure across all time-zones globally.
  5. Experienced and proficient with recruitment tools/systems/techniques - ATS systems, procurement processes/systems and other reporting tools.
  6. Comfortable with word processing, slide/presentation and spreadsheet software.
  7. Secondary language is highly advantageous.
