**What's it all about?**

Our Experienced Hire Talent Acquisition team is seeking an accomplished Talent Acquisition Partner. You'll be the linchpin in our full-life cycle recruiting and strategic business partner support for our Visa Consulting & Analytics business unit across Europe.

**What we expect of you, day to day.**
- You'll be a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with hiring teams, senior management, and departmental heads. You'll provide a custom, end-to-end talent acquisition service, adding value at every stage of the process.
- You'll build solid talent pipelines, developing proactive sourcing programs for qualified applicants, leveraging Visa’s employer branding across a savvy mix of social media and other recruitment channels.
- You'll collaborate with your line manager to gather and aggregate data for talent pools and translate that data into insights that drive strategic action plans.
- You'll work with People Business Partners and business leaders to understand strategic direction from both a function and country perspective that will enable the creation of talent acquisition strategies to align to Visa's vision.
- You'll champion diversity, ensuring efforts to provide gender diverse shortlists to hiring managers.
- You'll provide an exceptional customer experience that demonstrates speed, strategic rigor, and quality.
- You'll use innovative methods to source top diverse talent, building and maintaining current and future talent pools.
- You'll be a phenomenal brand ambassador for Visa's employment brand, attracting top talent to Visa.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
**Qualifications** What we’re after**
- You've got significant end-to-end in-house or RPO corporate talent acquisition experience from a global, fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a consulting company is a plus but not obligatory.
- You're a pro in all areas of sourcing - LinkedIn, local tools, social media, referrals, internal mobility programs, etc. You've got experience of sourcing diverse talent for niche roles.
- You've got exceptional interviewing, communication, negotiation/closing, organization and problem solving skills.
- You've got previous experience in capturing metrics and delivering compelling recruitment insights to the business using data and analytics.
- You've got proven deep stakeholder expertise including collaborating effectively with sourcers, hiring managers and HR Business Partners.
- You're proficient in effectively utilizing applicant-tracking systems.
- You're a creative thinker around employer brand activation and initiatives to build talent pipelines.
- You've got a consultative, solutions focused style, comfortable working in an environment that demands strong deliverables and excellent service.
- You're a results orientated and collaborative team player with a strong drive to foster a positive work environment.
