The Talent Acquisition Consultant is responsible for recruitment to support effective staffing within the Support Office and to assist clinics with their recruitment needs. The Talent Acquisition Consultant will also build and maintain a pipeline of talent to support network growth plans in agreed markets.
Success will be measured by:
- A pipeline of talent that supports the growth strategy into new markets.
- Key recruitment metrics such as ad-to-offer speed and advertising spend to budget
- Successful use of recruitment platforms to industry benchmarks such as Seek Premium Talent Search (PTS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
**Key duties include**:
**Recruitment**
- Coordinate all hiring requests and align sourcing strategies in franchise and corporate clinics
- Take role briefing from hiring managers and discuss sourcing strategy in line with the recruitment process
- Post advertisements to Job Boards
- Coordinate offer process, set up documentation and contract requests
- Develop pipeline of talent on recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Premium Talent Search (PTS), Indeed or other job boards
- Work with the field team to source staff for new clinics
- Advertise roles on job boards
- Screen applicant resumes and phone screen applicants
- Conduct reference checks and coordinate offer process in consultation with the hiring manager
- Coordinate employment contracts with the People team
**Careers Page**:
- Review applicant expressions of interest received from careers page and forward resumes onto managers
- Work with Talent Acquisition Manager to continually review and update the Careers Page to ensure our acquisition strategy is effective
**General**:
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities
- Demonstrate an understanding of the organisation business processes and plans and translate this into operational practical initiatives
- Comply with all company policies and procedure
- Assist with ad hoc duties as required
**Requirements for the role**:
- Tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded
- 3 years + internal or agency recruitment experience
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and written and verbal communication capability
- Experience using recruitment systems (such as an Applicant Tracking System)
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Premium Talent Search (PTS), Indeed and other job boards
- Experience working in the aesthetics, beauty or retail industry is preferred but not essential
