Our prestigious university is seeking a proactive and experienced Deputy Head of Student Regulations Management to join our dynamic Student Services Centre team.

The Deputy Head of Student Regulations Management will play a vital role in ensuring the effective administration of student regulations and processes. You will be a key player in maintaining high academic standards while fostering a student-focused environment. Your contributions will directly enhance the student experience from enrolment through to graduation.

As the Deputy Head of Student Regulations Management you will be required to:


  • Assist in leading the delivery of exceptional service aligned with university strategies
  • Provide regulatory and operational expertise, upholding academic standards
  • Maintain, curate, update, and draft student regulations and policies
  • Offer advice on regulatory matters to staff and students
  • Support assessment boards and handle exceptional circumstances
  • Manage academic misconduct and appeals processes
  • Oversee student complaints on academic matters
  • Lead service development and innovation within the Student Services Centre

To be successful in the role you will have:


  • Previous higher education experience in a leading or senior role within academic appeal or student regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proactive problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion
