(People XD/Core HR) Hybrid/Remote - head office Staines


We are seeking an experienced HR Systems Manager with expertise in People XD/Core HR to support our HR Transformation and Systems team.


About the Role:

As an HR Systems Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimising our core HRIS system, People XD/Core HR. You will work closely with our HR colleagues supporting the HR systems.


Key Responsibilities:

Conduct data audits and validation checks to ensure data integrity within the People XD/Core HR system.

Collaborate with teams to address data discrepancies and implement process improvements.

Provide day-to-day system administration, including creating new posts and managing access permissions.

Assist with troubleshooting and resolving system issues

Maintain user guides, training materials, and deliver training sessions.


Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience in HR Systems Administration, with a strong focus on People XD/Core HR or similar HRIS platforms.

In-depth understanding of HR best practices and data governance methods within the context of People XD/Core HR.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data quality within HR systems.

Ability to prioritise tasks, manage workloads, and escalate issues when necessary.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Office Suite.

Knowledge of the FMCG market is an advantage.
