About the Role

Cintriq is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive business growth and expand our client base in the Public Sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to attract new clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Public Sector
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations
  • Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or sales in the Public Sector
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of software solutions, preferably enterprise resource planning (ERP) and human capital management (HCM) systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction
