As an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk, you’ll dive into a bustling purchasing team where your excellent communication skills will shine. You’ll be liaising with both suppliers and office staff, making your role vital to the smooth operation of the team.


Location: Close to Dover. Please note that due to the company’s location, having your own transport is essential.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Verifying purchase orders against invoices
  • Checking purchase orders against goods received notes
  • Posting and allocating costs to the ledger
  • Matching and reconciling invoices with payments made


What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in Purchase Ledger
  • Proficiency with MS programs; experience with in-house accounting and stock control systems is a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Well-organized with good math skills


What We Offer:

  • Hours: 08:30 - 17:30, Monday to Friday
  • 28 days of holiday, including bank holidays
  • Workplace pension
