HRGO are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounts Supervisor to join our accounting team. The Accounts Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the accounting department, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records, and providing guidance and support to the accounting staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Credit control- Raising invoices / Sales ledger- Bills to pay / Purchase ledger- MISC purchase and sales invoices-
- Answering phone calls- Dealing with queries- Forward thinking and initiative - putting forward ideas that could benefit everyone- Getting bills to pay approved and put together ready for payment- Take payments over the phone from a card- Understanding team strengths / weaknesses and knowing when improvement can be made- Bank Reconciliation

Experience- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software such as XERO
