We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Co-Ordinator to join our client, a Global Distribution company within their dynamic team. Responsibilities
As an Accounts Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for:
Maintaining financial records and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Handling customer and supplier queries via phone and email.
Monitoring credit control and taking necessary legal actions against overdue debtors.
Generating sales invoices/credit notes in the sales ledger.
Auditing purchase invoices from suppliers for the purchase ledger.
Locating/tracking receipts and other financial documents.
Setting up payment release for suppliers and reconciling bank accounts regularly.
Required Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate for this position will possess:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Solid organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and adhere to deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
