What you'll be doing:As the Facilities Co-ordinator, you’ll support the delivery of an efficient and flexible facilities service to enable the successful operation of the portfolio.

You’ll be working closely with the Operations Manager and Business Service team to support daily operations and meet its objectives by ensuring high standards are delivered and maintained at all times.

You’ll be assisting with the delivery of planned, preventative and reactive maintenance and repairs and compliance tasks, ensuring that the portfolio meets all legal requirements.

You'll be leading the administration of our compliance work and coordinating and supervising contractors whilst using tailored National Trust systems to supervise and update works.

You'll be supporting the Duty Management rota on up to 6 weekends per year. The role also involves compliance tracking, risk assessments, waste management and meter reading.

- Experience in a facilities/admin role in a customer service environment
- Flexible, customer focussed approach with understanding of good customer service standards
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in collaboration with other departments
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office)
