Apprentices and Learners are at the heart of what we do here at IPS and we are looking for a detail oriented person to join our Health & Social Care team, to facilitate our ambitions for the department.
We are looking for someone who has excellent verbal and written skills with an adaptable nature and ability to work as part of a close-knit team. Working to tight deadlines and a willingness to travel within kent and SE London are also essential.
**Other duties will include**:
Preparing paperwork and folders for new learners
Carrying out assessments for eligibility to support funding
Registering and claiming certificates with different awarding organisations
Ordering exams
Ensuring all paperwork is up to date
Minute taking
Working with employers to help arrange funding
Updating the student loans portal
A good knowledge of ESFA funding rules is desirable but not essential as this will be part of on-going training.
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential as training will also be provided.
Must be a driver with full access to a car at all times, role will be based in Dover and will require some travelling.

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£21,500.00 per year
