Key Responsibilities
As a Trainee Admin and Accounts Co-Ordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:
Maintaining accurate financial records in accordance with regulations
Detecting and preventing financial irregularities, errors, and fraud
Communicating with customers and suppliers through phone and email
Carrying out credit control processes such as sending statements
Reconciling bank accounts on a regular basis
Locating receipts and other financial documents
Assisting with sales and purchase ledger when trained
