Role Overview: As the Head of Marketing and Sales, you'll be instrumental in shaping our client's brand narrative, expanding their customer base to drive revenue growth, along with developing strategic marketing initiatives. You'll be a self-starter and able to bring a lot of energy to a challenging and exciting role, with the opportunity to wear multiple hats.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the technology team to understand the product and company culture
  • Involved in fundraising and investor-related activities, and present go-to-market strategy
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Commercial product launch, build a pre-sell list, and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, sponsors, and industry influencers
  • Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform product development and marketing strategies.


Requirements:

  • Passion for outdoor sports, with a particular interest in cycling and triathlon
  • Proven experience in selling physical products, preferably in the cycling or triathlon industry
  • Demonstrated success in marketing physical products.
  • Familiarity with technology and its application in sports products and marketing
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making


Salary is negotiable with the role being a hybrid working model with preference to southern UK-based applicants.
