As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel refurbishment project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage all phases of the project from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the hotel refurbishment project, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards. Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed. Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to senior management. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on large-scale refurbishment projects.
