We have two fixed term contracts for People Coordinators, one will be focused on supporting the Talent Acquisition and one supporting People Admin Activity.

People Coordinator – Talent Acquisition FTC from 2nd of September to 15th of November 2024.

People Coordinator FTC 30th of September to 15th of January 2025.

More about our People Coordinator role

Building relationships will be key as you work closely with managers from across our stores, restaurants, distribution centres and support functions (based across various locations) and the wider people team.

You will:

  • Support the Talent Partners with candidate management from CV sifting, communicating with and providing updates to stakeholders and wider people team on progress of recruitment
  • Manage and track Recruitment data & KPI
  • Holding vacancy briefing calls with line managers and people partners, advising on process and best practice whilst gaining insight into the requirements of the opportunity.
  • Supporting the offer and Colleague onboarding process.
  • Create employee records and ensure onboarding and offboarding activity in line with payroll cut offs.
