Job Summary:

Verto People is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales and Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the work, assignments, and scheduling of our Service Engineers and communicating with various technical departments across multiple sites worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the work, assignments, and scheduling of the Service Engineers and communicate with various technical departments across multiple sites worldwide.
  • Liaise with distributors to assist with technical enquiries and configure machines to specification.
  • Contact customers over the phone to book work and plan for engineers.
  • Assist in generating quotes for compressor service repairs/maintenance agreements and raise POs and Invoices.
  • Investigate and resolve dispute resolutions, including wrong part shipments, short shipments, and damaged deliveries.
  • Manage on-call rotas and coordinate annual leave for the Engineering team.
  • Liaise with various engineering departments and provide full product training.

Requirements:

  • Good IT skills and experience in Excel & Outlook.
  • Ability to speak English and Spanish or French or Italian.
  • Experience working in a coordinator, scheduling, or customer service role in an engineering environment.
  • Ability to maintain good professional working relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Proven experience as a Service Coordinator / Sales Coordinator/ Service & Sales Coordinator / Technical Engineer / Sales Administrator / Inventory Controller or similar.
  • Experience using Oracle, (Sap Hana 4, module SD), SAP or similar systems would be advantageous.
  • Willingness to work from home.
