Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at InterQuest Group. As a Sales Coordinator, you will provide critical support to our Global Sales Team, ensuring seamless execution of sales processes and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage lead processes, analyze transaction reports, and identify re-prospecting opportunities for Account Directors.
- Support Sellers with channel leads, managing pipeline and conversion.
- Contribute to the development of new business and business development opportunities through total account management.
- Assist Sellers in delivering efficient and effective service to customer groups.
- Prepare and plan customer visits, supplier days, and workshops.
- Support customer query resolution and provide internal data and customer insights to inform analysis for go-to-market strategy.
- Collaborate with the Global Sales Team and wider enabling functions to drive priority processes.
- Capture and refresh pipeline opportunities and accurately record in CRM systems.
- Assist with the Request for Pricing (RFP), negotiation, and contracting process.
- Support administrative tasks in line with Global Sales efficiency expectations.
- Manage performance reporting as per the required reporting cycle.
- Support billing, budgeting, and invoicing processes.
- Refresh and update content for Global Sales collateral.
- 2-4 years of progressive work-related experience within a Global Sales environment, ideally within Hotels or Property.
- Operational knowledge and strength with MS Office, Salesforce.
- Demonstrated clear, concise, and succinct communication skills, including adapting verbal and written communication to the needs and level of user.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail.
- Able to work in a virtual environment.
- Able to drive team work and effectiveness within an international team.
- Experience using MS Office, including Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
- Opportunity to work for a leading, global hotel brand.
- Remote working after training period.
- Up to £40,000.
- 12-month contract.
