To support the continued growth of our business we are recruiting a National Sales Manager. The role will be mainly office based at our HQ in Oldham with the option of working from home one day a week. The successful candidate will work closely with Sales Director with a view to ensuring that the company’s sales objectives across all regions in the country are met.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all aspects of the internal and external sales teams
  • Drive the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and gross profit targets
  • Set team targets, monitor progress, and motivate the team towards monthly achievements
  • Conduct sales meetings to align strategies and goals
  • Directly manage and develop a small number of key accounts
  • Develop opportunities with both prospective & existing customers


The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a proven sales background
  • Preferably have some experience within the KBB industry
  • Be self-motivated, with a pro-active and positive mindset
  • Be an excellent communicator who is able to engage with both customers and colleagues at all levels


This is a full-time position with a competitive salary plus car and benefits which will be dependent on experience.
