Your new role: My client is a family-run company who are seeking a Business Manager to drive their company's growth and development. As a key member of their Leadership Team, you will play a crucial role in driving growth, optimising operational efficiency and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
There will be a focus on building success in a positive culture, whilst driving performance and productivity in alignment with their long-term business strategy.
Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic objectives to achieve short and long-term business goals
  • Performance improvement, identifying processes for improvement across the business and implementing solutions
  • Employee professional development, mentoring and coaching, and prioritising employee well-being in a positive work environment
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions and seek new development opportunities
  • Support financial planning and budgeting processes
  • Drive innovation and implement value-based transformation initiatives
  • HR duties including employee well-being, health, safety, hiring and training

What you'll need to succeed:
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role and leading projects from start to finish
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven success in team and talent development
  • Experience with budgeting and resource allocation
  • The ideal candidate would be passionate about driving high performance while nurturing a close-knit team culture
  • Adaptability and comfort with wearing multiple hats in a dynamic environment is a must
