Are you ready to lead and inspire a dynamic HR team within a thriving organisation? Our client, a forward-thinking company based in Larne, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture, driving organisational change, and delivering a first-class people experience across their four locations.
About the Role: As HR Manager, you will be a key player in our client’s Organisational Development team, overseeing HR and Payroll functions for over 200 employees. Your leadership will help foster a values-based culture and ensure the company remains a "Great Place to Work." You will have the opportunity to influence the entire employee lifecycle—from recruitment and retention to engagement and wellbeing—all while leading the charge on organisational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the HR and Payroll team, building a performance-driven culture.
- Be the ambassador for the company’s values, driving employee engagement and wellbeing.
- Deliver HR excellence across recruitment, retention, and people investment activities.
- Provide expert advice on people management, employment law, and HR best practices.
- Partner with senior leaders to develop talent, succession plans, and continuous development.
- Ensure smooth and accurate payroll operations across multiple locations.
- Shape and execute strategic projects that align with our mission and growth goals.
What We're Looking For: We’re seeking a proactive and people-centric leader with:
- A third-level qualification in HR or a related discipline (CIPD qualified or working towards).
- At least 2 years of experience in HR management, ideally within a manufacturing or similar environment.
- A passion for building and nurturing positive organisational cultures.
- Expertise in NI & UK employment law.
- A proven track record in leading successful HR initiatives that drive results.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably within the: Construction, Manufacturing, Retail or FMCG industry(Any fast-paced sector would be beneficial.)
- Education: A degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. CIPD qualification is a plus.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle complex situations with professionalism and tact.
