National Sales Manager

Are you an experienced Veterinary Sales Manager looking for a new challenge within an exciting and growing business?


Do you want to be in a role where you can really make your mark on the industry?

Our exclusive clients, are seeking a Veterinary Sales Manager to lead their UK based sales team in growing their range of innovative products within the veterinary marketplace.


Based in the UK, responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Leading & developing a team of Territory Managers throughout the UK
  • Managing Relationships within the veterinary corporate groups
  • Support the global team with a strategy for growth within the UK markets
  • Implement pricing strategies in the UK, establishing procedures and key performance indicators to guarantee increased profit margins.
  • Develop and manage the annual budget while providing long-term sales revenue forecasts for the UK

What's are the requirements?

  • Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience within the UK veterinary sector
  • Proven leadership skills either managing a sales team or coaching and developing a sales team
  • Ability to travel Nationally on a regular basis
  • Proven success in managing and negotiating with corporate groups
