This is a consultative (and very varied) sales role operating within a close knit team for a global leader in L&D/executive development that is expanding rapidly. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAY TO DAY?

  • Partner with new recruits (who are proven ex senior execs) to proactively source and prequalify C-Level member candidates to coordinate more initial sales conversations for the new recruit
  • Source candidates via LinkedIn via proven own outreach efforts.
  • Pre-qualify candidates through profiling, gauging interest level and timing through phone conversations, email and LinkedIn in order to set appointments for the new recruits
  • Engage C-suite candidates in conversations over the phone
  • Generate member candidate interest through creative strategies to ensure pipelines are continuously strengthened
  • Outreach to warm leads to rekindle their interest
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share best practices, insights and ideas to overcome potential recruiting challenges.
  • Maintains SLAs, Salesforce metrics and market intelligence reporting to measure sourcing effectiveness.
  • Implement and execute a proven sales process, while managing pipeline and forecasts that meet and exceed their launch objectives.


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 2+ years of inside sales/consulting experience, very comfortable using social media, email marketing and making outbound phone calls.
  • Experience sourcing through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, with an understanding of Boolean searches and internal database searching methods.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform experience (Salesforce a plus but not essential).
  • Strong IT skills including MS Office
  • Credible communicator (verbal/ written) with a pleasant and friendly demeanor.
  • Creative mindset, proactive, resourceful, resilient, a multi-tasker.
  • Highly organized and efficient with attention to detail and accuracy; excellent follow- through skills and willingness to innovate
