Office Assistant (Part-time, Remote)
We are seeking a reliable and organised Office Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis (20 hours). The ideal candidate will work primarily from home and be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks. Additionally, the role includes occasional on-site responsibilities in and around South Wales Pontypridd & Cardiff, such as conducting property viewings and inspections. The successful candidate will handle tenant communications, and coordinate with maintenance personnel, whilst also manage other enquiries to do with our wider business via phone and email.
Role Focus and Future Opportunities:
This role primarily focuses on property and related administrative tasks. As our portfolio of properties grows our business needs evolve, and there will be opportunities for increased hours and additional responsibilities. We are looking for a candidate who is eager to grow with our company and take on more significant roles in the future.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or customer service role is preferred
- Experience in property management is a plus
- Experience in sales is beneficial
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Customer service skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Self-motivated and ambitious
