Office Administrator

Duties:
- General Office Duties including Manage phone calls and correspondence.
- Manage the reception area, including welcoming clients and guests.
- Manage office policies by reviewing standards and procedures.
- Manage office supplies.
- Perform data entry roles, including updating records and databases for personnel, financial and legal information.
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments.
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
- Update company literature/promotional material.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
Qualifications:
Previous experience working in an administrative role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and scanners.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (Microsoft Office 365 etc.)
Familiar with Accounting Software such as Quickbooks would be advantageous
Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
