Your new role:
Working as part of a vibrant team, you will take responsibility for your own ledger of accounts. Your varied duties will include:
- Opening new customer accounts
- Running credit checks and setting suitable credit limits
- Collecting payments inline with agreed terms
- Working with other departments to resolve queries and disputes
- Reconciling customer accounts
- Keeping customer accounts accurately updated
- Building strong working relationships with customers
You will have gained experience in a business to business credit control role. This position will utilise your excellent communication skills, professional telephone manner and strong relationship-building skills. Your accurate numeric ability and attention to detail will also be utilised. This role is suited to someone who enjoys a varied work load, where they can really manage their accounts and make commercial decisions.
