**About Our Client**:
Working for a smaller entity of a globally recognised business, based in large modern offices in the Chertsey area with free parking provided, and very easy access via public transport.

**HYBRID working: 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home per week (note - you are also welcome to come to the office on more days if you wish)**

The Finance Assistant (HYBRID + study support) role involves:

- Calculating purchasing income invoice values, through use of Distributor statistics and supplier trackers
- Liaising with manufacturers and suppliers to agree purchasing income invoice values
- Raising invoices on the Winshuttle template
- Accurately recording invoice values on the Super Category invoice trackers
- Building relationships with manufacturers and suppliers, to ensure the timely and accurate invoicing of purchasing income
- Advising Data Management of Material price changes
- Completing Deal Amendment Forms and liaising with Data Management to ensure correct deal loading
- Liaising with Credit Control to resolve debt issues

**The Successful Applicant**:

- be looking to start a career within Finance / Accounting
- some previous finance / accounting experience is desirable, but not essential
- an interest in AAT / CIMA / ACCA qualification is also desirable, but not essential
- an intermediate level of Excel is desirable
- Previous SAP experience would be advantageous but not expected
