**Accounts Assistant** (Maternity Cover)
Location: Chertsey, England, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

**Salary**: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
Overview: Join Bryant Dental, a dynamic and innovative med-tech startup dedicated to revolutionising healthcare through advanced AR/VR systems. As our maternity cover Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role within our Finance team.
Role Responsibilities:
Sales/customer account management;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and colleagues.
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Address and resolve customer and colleague queries and issues promptly.
Key supplier invoice management;
- Handle invoices from key suppliers, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
- Maintain records of all supplier transactions.
Finance/bank reconciliation;
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Payroll and commission calculations, invoices and queries;
- Calculate and process payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Manage commission calculations and address related queries.
- Manage invoices for payroll and commissions.
Debtor Management; Chasing and queries;
- Oversee debtor management processes, including chasing outstanding payments and resolving queries.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all debtor transactions.
Reconciliation of Intercompany transaction;
- Perform reconciliation of intercompany transactions to ensure accuracy and consistency across accounts.
Invoices/stock Management of key supplier bills;
- Manage and reconcile invoices and stock related to key suppliers.
- Ensure accurate recording and timely processing of supplier bills.
Ishield and BD Subscriptions management;
- Manage subscriptions for ISheild and BD services, ensuring timely renewals and addressing any related issues.
Chargeback management;
Handle and resolve chargebacks efficiently, ensuring mínimal impact on company finances.
End-to-End Finance Payment Customer Management;
- Manage the entire finance payment process for customers, from initiation to completion.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient payment experience for customers.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
- Experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in handling payroll and commission calculations, invoices and queries
- Experience with end-to-end finance payment customer management
- Good knowledge of reconciliation and debtor management
- Strong account & invoice management experience
- Excellent customer service and relationship skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with different stakeholders
- Excellent excel skills
- Experience with Xero accounting, Dear/Cin7 is highly desirable
