Responsibilities:

- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting
- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
- Provide support to the finance team as needed

Qualifications:

- AAT in accounting, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero
- Familiarity with financial services and accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with Landlordvision is a plus

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £21,045.00-£24,100.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
