We are looking for a EMEA Distribution Support Coordinator, which will develop into an international trade compliance coordinator.


Having knowledge of sports and fitness equipment is going to make your life a lot easier, as this is what you will be dealing with, day in, day out. The client is a leading global distribution of equipment, so you will be dealing with clients across the EMEA region.


Now because you’re working in the EMEA region, you’re going to have to know all about export documentation and legislation into the region. We’re not expecting that expert knowledge from day 1, and this is certainly something you will be trained on to a high degree (thanks Brexit).


As well as this, you will be closing orders, reconciling inventory, reporting and analysing on that data as well as suggesting actions to the distribution managers.


Having used Oracle before would be massively beneficial as this is the primary ERP you will use to book OEM shipments on to.


Basically, if you’ve worked with 3PL companies that export into Europe, it would give you a massive HeadStart in terms of foundation knowledge.

The business operates a hybrid working setup, with 3 days a week in the office and 2 from home. There will be more flexibility on this beyond probation. The office is in High Wycombe.


You will get a basic salary of between £25,000 and £28,000, with other benefits on top as well (discounted gym membership, equipment etc.).
