About the role
The House of Creed is looking for an exceptional eCommerce leader to drive Creeds eCommerce growth across the UK and EU.
This role requires a holistic view of eCommerce, blending strategic vision and operational excellence to create seamless, engaging online experiences that drive customer loyalty and commercial objectives.
Purpose of the role
The Head of E-Commerce (UK & EU) will lead and manage the online sales, marketing, and operations for Creed eCommerce across the UK and EU. The role is responsible for developing and executing e-commerce strategies to drive revenue, enhance customer experience, and grow the brand’s online presence.
Working closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Commercial and Ops), this individual will optimise the sites (shopify plus platform), lead the digital acquisition & CRM strategy and oversee all aspects of the customer journey.
This position requires a deep understanding of all aspects of eCommerce, particularly agency management and customer acquisition, along with the ability to lead and motivate the UK/EU ecommerce team in delivering to target.

Responsibilities
E-Commerce Strategy
- Develop and implement a tailored e-commerce strategy for the UK & EU markets to drive online sales, customer acquisition, and brand growth.
- Ensure alignment of the UK/EU e-commerce strategy with global objectives, balancing brand consistency with local market nuances.
- Define clear performance goals (e.g., traffic growth, conversion rates, customer retention) and ensure they are met or exceeded.
- Stay ahead of digital trends in the UK & EU, continuously refining strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
P&L & Financial Management
- Own and manage the market P&L, focusing on maximizing revenue while maintaining profitability.
- Manage budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across digital marketing, technology, and fulfillment.
- Set and track KPIs such as sales growth, conversion rates and average order value to continually monitor business health.
Digital Marketing & Acquisition
- Manage the UK media agency relationship to ensure implementation of optimal performance marketing activity aligned with local market marketing and PR activations
- Drive traffic to the website through an efficient combination of SEM practices
CRM and Retention
- Oversee the development and delivery of a comprehensive CRM strategy to reach key KPI’s including Repeat Purchase and CLTV
- Continually seek to improve the end-to-end digital customer journey including post-purchase engagement.
- Oversee the management of the UK Customer Service team, ensuring our service offering to customers online and via phone is in line with the expectations of a luxury brand.
Supply Chain & Fulfillment Optimisation
- Work closely with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery of products across the UK & EU markets. Constantly striving to improve last mile delivery and returns.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and manage a regional e-commerce department of 9, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including global digital, marketing, operations, and IT to drive business objectives.
Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Produce reports and dashboards for senior management, providing clear insights into sales performance, marketing ROI, and customer behavior trends.
- Use data to continuously refine the online customer journey, focusing on user experience and conversion optimization.
- Continually monitor the customer and commercial deliverables to ensure both are on a positive trajectory.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of e-commerce management positions.
- Proven track record of leading e-commerce initiatives that drive revenue growth and improve customer experience.
- Expertise in digital marketing channels, including paid media, SEO and email marketing.
- Proven track record of cross-function stakeholder management (Ops, Marketing, Finance and IT)
- Leadership & team building experience: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and manage teams.
- Customer-centric approach: A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, particularly in the premium/ luxury space.
- Experienced with platforms like Shopify, Gorgias, Ometria and analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Experience of both the UK and EU markets an advantage.
- Experience in luxury goods or premium brands an advantage, but not essential.
