Goal/ function of a site manager


  • Site Management: Oversee your site on everything operational
  • Partner/ Community Management: our partners are at the core of what we do and we’re constantly looking to improve all activities that increase our Partner Experience
  • Partner communications: you’re the eyes and ears and mouthpiece of the operations team on the ground.
  • Perform Site audits and Health & Safety audits: making sure we keep our sites safe and running for our partners and catch any issues early on
  • Partner onboarding & offboarding: making sure our partners are moved in/out to their unit smoothly
  • Project Execution: Assist on Operations/Facilities projects


About you:


1) Accountable: You own your work. You take things on and you own them from start to end.

2) Resilient: You can be successful under tough conditions, we’re a small company, there can be pressure, challenging clients and things go wrong.

3) Useful: You jump into issues, take charge and solve issues in a practical, efficient and financially prudent way.

4) Good at learning: Your ability to learn and develop your skills using the tools and resources are fundamental to your role.

5) Prioritize You will need to manage your time by yourself. You will have many tasks and demands on your time, and you will be measured by how well you balance your time.


Note. we're looking for someone that lives at max. 30 mins away from West Norwood area, as it's important to live close to the site in case of emergencies. Any applications not meeting this will be excluded.
