Logistics Manager

New urgent role working as a Logistics Manager in SE London on a 12 month contract with a UK major residential developer Ideal applicants would have a background working on RC frame high rise volume residential developments.
Anyone with this experience will interview this week with the view to start as soon as possible.

Responsible for scheduling the crane and hoist usage on site in order to deliver materials to work faces
Organisation of the weekly/monthly deliveries to site (times, dates, special dispensation/requirements, notifiable loads)
Key on-site contact for Subcontractors (holding weekly meetings, site walks with managers)
Delegating general labour for site team maintenance, hoarding, security etc.
Waste Management
Positive engagement with the local council and community and general Site supervision
Oversee and have a hands on approach where necessary for site delivery/traffic management worksRequirements
Experience delivering large logistics packages for residential developers
CSCS
SMSTS
First Aid
