**JET FLOW UK** is a leading plumbing and drainage contractor based in Southeast London, operating throughout the South of the UK.

We're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive individual with an eye for quality to join our dynamic team as an **Administrator** to work alongside our Resource & Dispatch Team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic person to fill a critical role within a fast-growing company, working as part of a busy, vital team.
- **You MUST be able to reliably commute Mon-Fri to our office in Lower Sydenham (SE26)**_

**Summary of work and responsibilities as an Administrator**:

- Data input / Raising works orders onto Big change.
- Keeping an eye on KPI’s.
- Preparing and maintaining operations reports, sending these out to clients to meet deadlines.
- Organising parking for engineers where required.
- Letter formatting to prompt urgency or works in need of scheduling.
- Ad hoc administrative duties as and when required. Essential requirements.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent Organisation & Time Management Skills.
- Must have excellent IT Skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Great telephone manner
- Team player with the ability to work autonomously in a demanding environment.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
