The Training Specialist will deliver a number of mandatory and developmental courses to clients within the healthcare sector around the Peterborough area. The role also supports the central sales team by seeking out new opportunities within existing and new clients.


The role will suit applicants who have a social/residential care background, either within a care home setting or within a hospital setting. Candidates who can demonstrate a professional commitment to a caring profession will have a strong advantage as this is the driving force of client's mission.



Duties and responsibilities


  • conduct and deliver certified onsite training
  • good knowledge of the range of the range of services our client has available to customers
  • be able to fluently use, demonstrate and present our client's services
  • sales and marketing team with demonstrations and attend conferences when required
  • personal training certification up to date
  • on daily activity by completing all administration records, ensuring they are accurate and up to date
  • new business and generate sales leads by promoting our client's support systems and onsite training to prospective new clients
  • in sales performance reviews
  • promote our client's brand by ensuring company car and equipment is well presented at all times
  • contribute and participate in team meetings
