Lead, sell, and drive growth in fire safety and security solutions with a high-performing team
Sales Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and coach the sales team to meet targets.
- Develop strategies with the Sales Director to boost market share.
- Conduct performance reviews and support team development.
- Foster a positive, high-performance sales culture.
Individual Sales & Account Management:
- Sell product lines, focusing on key accounts and high-value opportunities.
- Promote new products, especially for international expansion.
- Build strong client relationships and pursue growth opportunities.
Sales Strategy & Reporting:
- Work with the Sales Director to align strategies with growth goals, including international markets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies.
- Provide sales performance and market intelligence reports.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Align with marketing on campaigns and product launches.
- Liaise with product development to stay updated and provide feedback.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven sales leadership experience in fire safety, security, or electronics.
- Strong B2B sales track record and ability to balance management with personal sales.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
- Experience in international markets and managing major key accounts.
