Sales Leadership & Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and coach the sales team to meet targets.
  • Develop strategies with the Sales Director to boost market share.
  • Conduct performance reviews and support team development.
  • Foster a positive, high-performance sales culture.


Individual Sales & Account Management:

  • Sell product lines, focusing on key accounts and high-value opportunities.
  • Promote new products, especially for international expansion.
  • Build strong client relationships and pursue growth opportunities.


Sales Strategy & Reporting:

  • Work with the Sales Director to align strategies with growth goals, including international markets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies.
  • Provide sales performance and market intelligence reports.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Align with marketing on campaigns and product launches.
  • Liaise with product development to stay updated and provide feedback.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven sales leadership experience in fire safety, security, or electronics.
  • Strong B2B sales track record and ability to balance management with personal sales.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
  • Experience in international markets and managing major key accounts.
