Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have experience in assisting with a varied workload across all areas of Family Law. These include:

  • Divorce and separation
  • Children matters
  • Separation/Cohabitation agreements
  • Finances
  • Domestic violence injunctions
  • Pre/Post Nuptial agreements


Who we are looking for:

  • Qualified solicitor or experienced Lawyer
  • You will be able to work well on own initiative without supervision
  • Good communication skills;
  • Track record of achieving career and business development goals;
  • Client-focused and practical;
  • Demonstrable ability and keen to build and maintain client and referral relationships;
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills;
