Job Title: Family Law Solicitor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Law Solicitor to join our team at SKILLFRAME. As a Family Law Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation to clients in family law matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting caseloads and advising clients in family law matters, including divorce, financial remedy orders, co-habitee disputes, and child arrangements orders.
  • Assisting in the Family Department and conducting own caseload with supervision.
  • Providing expert legal advice and representation to clients in family law matters.
  • Managing emails and electronic diary through Outlook and communicating with clients and other parties involved in the legal process.
  • Prioritizing workload, following the firm's procedures, and having good numeracy and written skills.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Family Law, having conducted own caseload and advised in family law matters.
  • Good keyboard skills, ability to use Word and Excel for document production, and audio digital dictation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and conclude assigned tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Good communication skills to liaise with clients and other parties involved in the legal process.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and follow the firm's procedures.
