Your new role
Working within the financial services sector, you will engage with a range of people, providing advisory services with a consultative approach. You will develop into an expert in your field, building relationships with new and existing clients. There is no expectation of winning your own business, leads are generated for you. You will maximise profitability whilst maintaining a high standard of service. This organisation values their team working ethos, you would be joining a welcoming and supportive department.
This role is full-time, part-time may be considered for the right candidate. After the initial induction period, some hybrid working is offered.

What you'll need to succeed

  • You will have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate with a range of people.
  • You will be a strong team player.
  • You will be ambitious and willing to learn and develop.
  • You will have strong IT skills, including Microsoft packages.
  • You will have at least 3 years of experience in Administration.
