We are looking for an experienced office administrator to work in a busy office environment on a part-time basis to cover maternity leave over a 9month term.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Dealing with incoming phone calls and action as necessary;
- Serving customers in a polite and professional manner;
- Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases;
- Filing/archiving documents;
- Efficient diary management;
- Good IT skills and willing to learn about new systems;
- Assisting other departments with workload as and when required;
- Miscellaneous admin support as required.

**Requirements (essential)**
- Minimum 5 GCSE’s grade C or 4/5 and above including Maths, English and ICT;
- Full UK driving license;
- Computer literate with knowledge and experience of working with basic Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel etc;
- Experience of providing a range of high quality administrative and clerical support activities;
- Enjoy working as part of a team;
- Experience of dealing with members of the public in person and on the telephone;
- Experience of record keeping, including the recording, of information on databases;
- Effective organisational and time-management skills, including managing own workload;
- Effective communication skills with an understanding of good customer service;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- The ability to prioritise work and to handle multiple enquiries.

**Requirements (desirable)**
- NVQ Minimum Level 3 or equivalent in Business Administration or equivalent experience;
- Experience of Sage Accounts and/or MoveMan software.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 9 months
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour
