Northampton based, hybrid working - typically 2/3 times a week onsite

Inside IR35 £400-450 per day gross/umbrella rate

6 months initial term - with extension

Skills:

  • Hands-on experience as a Product Owner
  • Strong understanding of data technologies, infrastructure, and data warehousing
  • Knowledge of data analytics and data strategy
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in requirement analysis and Agile methodology
  • Domain experience in Financial Services and Banking is essential; experience in Savings, Cards, Collections, and Mortgages is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Understand business needs to shape the vision and roadmap for data-driven initiatives
  • Prioritise and manage the development of data products, ensuring alignment with the data product vision by working closely with business stakeholders and data engineers
  • Participate in and sign off on requirements gathering for data products, collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to define and articulate requirements efficiently
  • Contribute to data governance and quality assurance efforts, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and consistency, and helping define data management best practices
  • Collaborate with business and technology teams to define, develop, and adopt data products within an Agile framework, participating in PI planning, sprint planning, and backlog grooming, and providing sign-offs at appropriate milestones
