Become a Outbound Retention Advisor at The AA
About Us:

Location: Cheadle
Salary: £24,500
Bonus: Average monthly bonus of £250 with the potential to earn more based on performance
Hours: 40 Hours per week (Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday – 10:00-19:00, Thursday 09.30-18:15 and Friday 09.30-16:15. No weekends)
Interviewing commences 22nd May for 2 weeks. Closing date for applications 31st May

Member Retention:Engage with existing members to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide tailored solutions.
Problem-Solving:Be the superhero who turns potential cancellations into renewed memberships.
Data-Driven Insights:Analyse member data to identify trends and proactively prevent churn.
Collaboration:Work closely with other teams to enhance member experience and loyalty.
