**Location**:Cheadle

**Salary**: £24,500

**Bonus**: Average monthly bonus of £250 with the potential to earn more based on performance

**Hours**: 40 Hours per week (Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday - 10:00-19:00, Thursday 09.30-18:15 and Friday 09.30-16:15. No weekends)

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Member Retention**:Engage with existing members to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide tailored solutions.
- **Problem-Solving**:Be the superhero who turns potential cancellations into renewed memberships.
- **Data-Driven Insights**:Analyse member data to identify trends and proactively prevent churn.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with other teams to enhance member experience and loyalty.
