Location:
Cheadle



Salary:
£24,500



Bonus:
Average monthly bonus of £250 with the chance to earn more based on performance


Hours: 40 Hours per week (Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday – 10:00-19:00, Thursday :15 and Friday:15. No weekends)

What You'll Do:


  • Member Retention: Engage with existing members to comprehend their needs, address concerns, and offer personalized solutions
  • Problem-Solving: Be the hero who transforms potential cancellations into renewed memberships
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze member data to detect trends and prevent churn proactively
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to improve member experience and loyalty
