The Role

We seek a highly motivated, self-driven Sales Consultant passionate about sales and commission to develop new business and drive growth across a portfolio of established B2B accounts in the Leisure Marine sector. This role requires extensive travel and a drive to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and expand a portfolio of existing global accounts in the Leisure Marine sector.

• Proactively identify, develop, and secure new business to meet or exceed budget targets.

• Achieve monthly sales and margin targets in alignment with the budget.

• Provide regular feedback and reports on sales activities and new business progress.

• Represent Bluefin LED at exhibitions, sales meetings, and other events.

• Deliver technical training to your accounts to ensure optimal results.

• Gather market and competitor insights to support your sales negotiations and inform business

strategy.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Bluefin LED product portfolio to deliver

effective sales strategies, including cross-selling and up-selling.

• Collaborate with BluefinLED team to support overall business success.

Key Skills / Requirements:

• A tenacious sales professional with a proven track record of delivering results, ideally in a

technical environment within the Marine industry.

• Commercially astute with strong numerical proficiency and Excel skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to build long-term relationships with customers while achieving commercial goals.

• A team player who is well-organised, self-motivated, and willing to go the extra mile.

• Experience with CRM systems for sales pipeline reporting is preferred.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the UK and overseas.

• A full UK driving license is essential.

Remuneration package: £30-35k plus great commission structure and additional incentives

for the right candidate.
