My client is seeking a skilled Product Manager to join their team on a six-month contract, focusing on the optimization and management of Microsoft 365 suite products and Windows 11 within the organization.

Job Description:

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of products within the Microsoft 365 suite and Windows 11. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and stakeholders, to ensure technology solutions meet the highest standards and deliver exceptional value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of product strategies for Microsoft 365 suite products and Windows 11.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define product requirements specific to the nuclear industry.
  • Manage product lifecycles from conception through to launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Ensure alignment of product development with business goals, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Work with development teams to prioritize features, set timelines, and deliver high-quality products on schedule.
  • Monitor and analyse product performance, user feedback, and key metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide training and support to users and stakeholders on new features and product updates.
  • Prepare and present product reports and updates to management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably with Microsoft 365 and Windows 11.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 suite products (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and Windows 11 features.
  • Experience in the nuclear or energy sector is a plus.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
