About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled User Experience Designer to join our team at My Product Path. As a UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our digital products.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems that ensure consistency and scalability across all digital products.
  2. Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to establish and enforce design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
  3. Plan and conduct user research activities, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and persona development.
  4. Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders to drive user-centered design solutions.
  5. Lead the end-to-end design process, from conceptualisation to implementation, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  6. Collaborate with developers during the implementation phase to ensure the final product meets design specifications and quality standards.
  7. Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and prioritise design requirements.
  8. Facilitate design workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
  9. Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

  1. A number of years UX Design experience within a digital organisation.
  2. Proven experience in creating and managing design systems.
  3. Strong understanding of user research methodologies and experience conducting user research.
  4. Proficiency in design tools namely Figma.
  5. Solid understanding of the end-to-end design process, including wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design.
  6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. A portfolio demonstrating strong design skills and user-centered design solutions.
  8. Worked in the travel, loyalty, e-commerce, fintech space preferred.
