Job Title: Junior Warehouse Administrator/Operative

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Warehouse Administrator/Operative to join our team at Product Source. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Packing and Unpacking: Accurately pack and unpack products, ensuring that all items are properly labeled and stored.
  • Picking and Stocking: Pick and stock products in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all items are accurately counted and stored.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Warehouse Administration: Assist with general warehouse administration duties, including data entry, reporting, and record-keeping.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve warehouse goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory management role preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
