Salary: £20,500 - £26,500 DOE

Hours of Work: 36.5 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8-4.30pm, Friday 8-3pm

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse & Shipping Coordinator to join our team at VITALENT LTD. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and shipping processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warehouse Management: Oversee the daily operations of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  • Coordinating UK and International Shipping: Arrange for the transportation of goods to and from our warehouse, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Packing and Picking Orders: Prepare and pack orders for shipment, and coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Communicating with Customers: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues related to shipping and delivery.
  • Stock Audits: Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accurate inventory levels and identify any discrepancies.
  • General Admin Duties: Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, reporting, and record-keeping.

Requirements:

  • Warehouse/Logistics Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
  • Quickbooks and Excel Experience: Proficient in using Quickbooks and Excel for inventory management and data analysis.
  • Initiative and Communication Skills: Ability to work independently and effectively communicate with colleagues and customers.
  • Organization and Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
