Overview of the role:

Intelli-Park is a leading provider of car park management solutions, providing our clients with bespoke, innovative solutions to ensure all requirements are delivered.

We are seeking a versatile campaigns marketing manager to promote our company's brand and services. The ideal candidate has experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns within a B2B environment. This individual should be proficient with day-to-day marketing activities along with supporting a wider business strategy and strive under tight deadlines to meet the company's changing needs.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Maintain and evolve company brands, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Analyse customer insights, market trends, and best practices to build strategies.
  • Develop and deliver multichannel campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support retention.
  • Managing the day-to-day running of all marketing activity and the marketing team
  • Track campaign effectiveness, reporting findings and recommendations.
  • Create and guide creative briefs for all branding, advertising, and client communications.
  • Collaborate with external marketing agencies to execute campaigns and projects.
  • Represent the marketing team in management meetings.
  • Establish marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts.
  • Oversee current offerings and develop initiatives for new products or services.
  • Research market trends and competitor products to inform strategies.
  • Develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams.
  • Manage the department budget for cost-effective marketing plans.
  • Track marketing and sales data, creating reports and presentations for senior executives.
  • Adjust campaigns and strategies based on data and feedback.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior executives.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

·      Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a Related Field

  • 5+ years of experience working as a marketing professional
  • Successful track record in B2B marketing campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong ability to run social media campaigns to drive engagement and growth
  • Strong ability to collaborate with internal departments to support the business
  • Experience in SEO, web analytics and reporting
  • Experience in budget planning & management
  • Ability to lead and manage a marketing team
  • Proven ability in working with and presenting to management and Senior Executives
  • Desirable, but not essential, experience with Monday.com, Microsoft Dynamics and MailChimp



Hours:

37.5 per week, Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm
